教學目的：

類別性資料(例如: 性別「男」「女」，意見傾向「同意」「普通」「不同意」等)在現代的生物醫學和社會科學領域裡隨處可見。而分析這類型資料的統計方法也已大量發展並持續增加中。本課程包含以下各主題的介紹:  (1) 列聯表(Contingency Tables)的推論， (2) 對數線性模型(Loglinear Model)， (3) 羅吉斯迴歸(Logistic Regression)  (4) 配對模型(Matched Pairs)， 以及(5) 類別資料群集分析與視覺化 (Clustering&Visualization)。  實例資料應用以R程式來搭配演示，俾使學生除了了解統計原理之外，也能著手實際資料分析。
